The press office of the Herat Governorate has announced that Serik Zhumanharin, Deputy Prime Minister of Kazakhstan, during his visit to Herat, met with Sheikh Maulana Islamjar, the Taliban-appointed governor of the province, to discuss the development of economic, trade, and investment cooperation between Afghanistan and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n
