During the event, Qarar congratulated Russia on the occasion and spoke about the relationship between Afghanistan and Russia, expressing hope for further development of ties.<\/p>\n<p>According to diplomatic sources, the ceremony was attended by representatives from various countries. Qarar also engaged in discussions with the representative of Egypt&#8217;s Dar al-Ifta and several ambassadors and diplomats. The main focus of these talks was strengthening bilateral relations and expanding joint cooperation.<\/p>\n<p>The presence of a Taliban representative at such official events comes at a time when the administration has yet to be recognized by many countries.
