During the meeting, both parties emphasized the importance of rapid response during natural disasters and effective assistance to affected families. Dalawar called for enhanced cooperation with the IFRC to develop humanitarian services, strengthen aid to victims of natural calamities, and ensure more efficient distribution of aid across different regions of Afghanistan.
