He stated that both sides have reached an understanding on the framework of an agreement that could end months of tension in the Middle East.<\/p>\n<p>Sharif added that Islamabad is preparing to hold an electronic signing ceremony for the agreement as soon as it is finalized. According to him, Tehran and Washington have agreed on the final text of the agreement, with only the completion stages remaining.<\/p>\n<p>The Pakistani Prime Minister further stated that after the official signing, technical negotiations between the two sides will continue. He expressed confidence that the agreement could lay the foundation for lasting peace in the region.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Muhammad Ishaq Dar, Pakistan\u2019s Foreign Minister, also welcomed the progress towards an understanding between Iran and the US during a phone call with his Swiss counterpart today.
