He emphasized that modern life depends heavily on communication tools, and removing them would have widespread consequences.<\/p>\n<p>The cleric further added that decisions must be made according to the conditions of the time, and enforcing such restrictions under current circumstances is not an easy task. He implicitly pointed out that social changes and the spread of technology cannot be disregarded.<\/p>\n<p>This new directive from the Taliban leader has faced internal group reactions. Previously, some restrictions imposed by the administration have also drawn criticism from citizens and even some members affiliated with the group.
