The warning covers Badakhshan, Takhar, Kunduz, Panjshir, Baghlan, Samangan, Bamyan, Sar-e Pol, Khost, Paktia, Logar, Kunar, Nuristan, Laghman, Kapisa, and Nangarhar provinces.<\/p>\n<p>According to the ministry&#8217;s announcement published today, Wednesday, on its X page, rainfall amounts between 10 to 30 millimeters are forecasted in various areas. Flash floods usually occur as a result of heavy, short-term rainfall in mountainous regions and valleys and can cause both financial and human losses.<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, strong winds are expected in the central, eastern, northern, southeastern, southern, and western provinces of the country.
