According to the Directorate, these procedures included both major and minor surgeries.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the released information, among these surgeries, 7,715 were major operations and 3,223 were minor ones, all performed by experienced doctors at this medical center. Officials have described these figures as indicative of the technical capacity and specialization of the hospital.<\/p>\n<p>During the same period, 48,302 patients were admitted and received care in the hospital&#8217;s inpatient (IPD) department. Additionally, 247,415 other patients received health services as outpatients (OPD).<\/p>\n<p>Indra Gandhi Hospital is considered one of the key pediatric treatment centers in Kabul, attracting patients from various provinces.
