Fasihuddin Fetrat, Deputy Minister of Defense under the Taliban administration, stated that the wars imposed on the people of Afghanistan over the past decades have caused widespread destruction of the country’s infrastructure and significant underdevelopment. He emphasized that the consequences of these conflicts still cast a shadow over the lives of the residents.<\/p>\n
