Russia’s state news agency RIA Novosti has reported, citing Zamir Kabulov, Russia’s special presidential envoy for Afghanistan, that the military-technical cooperation agreement between Russia and the Taliban administration primarily focuses on the repair and restoration of Russian-made military equipment currently held by Afghanistan.<\/p>\n
