The Taliban administration has launched the reconstruction of Thori Bridge, a vital crossing in Qaisar district of northern Faryab province. The bridge is part of a key route connecting Badghis and Maimana provinces, but had become worn down and unusable due to previous negligence and lack of regular maintenance.<\/p>\n

Local residents have expressed hope that the completion of the bridge will ease daily travel difficulties and facilitate the transportation of commercial goods and agricultural products in the area.
