They emphasized the necessity of securing more equipment and resources to maintain the quality of services.<\/p>\n<p>Hanafi, in meetings with doctors and health staff, stressed the importance of delivering timely and quality care to patients and described the health sector as a fundamental part of society. He stated that the Taliban administration is committed to strengthening the healthcare system and providing facilities for citizens.<\/p>\n<p>However, Kabul residents have repeatedly complained in recent years about shortages of resources, patient overcrowding, and limited access to specialized services in public hospitals\u2014issues that require transparent planning, sufficient budget allocation, and continuous oversight.<\/p>\n<p>Hanafi also toured various hospital departments, heard the raised concerns, and directed officials to coordinate with relevant entities to address shortages and improve working conditions for healthcare staff.
