The factory now carries out all stages of design and production domestically using advanced machinery and computer systems. Officials say their primary goal is to create job opportunities and strengthen local manufacturing.<\/p>\n<p>According to the factory\u2019s management, the factory has been operational for about a year and aims to contribute to the development of the garment industry by promoting Afghan culture in clothing design. They emphasize that all design processes are conducted in a modern manner, utilizing new technology.<\/p>\n<p>Factory officials have also requested greater facilitation in customs, electricity, and administrative procedures to better support the growth of domestic production. The Ministry of Industry and Commerce has assured industrialists of its support. Akhundzada Abdulsalam Jawad, spokesperson for the ministry, stated that necessary facilitations will be provided in the issuance of investment licenses as well as the import of raw materials and machinery.<\/p>\n<p>In recent months, coinciding with the large-scale expulsion of Afghan migrants from Pakistan, several returning traders have relocated their investments and activities back to Afghanistan.
