Tensions intensified after the Russian Foreign Ministry announced on Monday that Russian armed forces would target military-industrial facilities in Kyiv in response to Ukrainian attacks on Russian civilians. The statement added that decision-making centers and command posts in Ukraine would also be potential targets.<\/p>\n
