The Taliban’s Department of Guidance, Hajj, and Endowments has announced that Afghan pilgrims were regularly transferred from the Arafat plain to Muzdalifah on the ninth day of Dhu al-Hijjah, following the plan set by the Hajj mission and Saudi Arabia\u2019s contracted companies.<\/p>\n
According to the department’s information, after performing their prayers, supplications, and collecting small stones for the stoning of the Jamarat, the pilgrims spent the night in Muzdalifah. On the first day of Eid al-Adha, they returned to Mina, where they performed one of the most important Hajj rituals \u2014 the stoning of the Jamrat al-Aqaba (the largest Satan) \u2014 along with other related rites.<\/p>\n
The statement noted that Afghan pilgrims spend both the days and nights of the Eid in Mina, completing the remaining rituals of the stoning of the Jamarat.<\/p>\n
