During the closing ceremony, the Taliban’s Minister of Public Health emphasized increasing investment and improving the quality of health products.

Noor Jalal Jalali called on Afghan traders, citizens, and overseas investors to invest in domestic production, particularly in the health field. He also urged local producers to raise the standards and quality of their products and encouraged citizens and hospitals to utilize domestically produced goods.

The significance of holding such exhibitions comes amid the extensive challenges faced by Afghanistan’s health sector, including limited access to quality equipment, lack of sustainable investment, and insufficient infrastructure. Experts believe that mere verbal emphasis on quality without establishing transparent supervisory systems and practical support for producers will not lead to sustainable improvement in this sector.

Organizers stated that the exhibition received a warm response from traders, industrialists, and citizens.
