The visit was conducted alongside the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and several other international organizations.<\/p>\n<p>According to released information, the EU representatives, together with the UN Women office, the World Food Programme, UNESCO, the World Health Organization, and the Aga Khan Foundation, toured areas covered by these projects and evaluated the progress of their implementation.<\/p>\n<p>The purpose of the visit was to assess the effectiveness of projects financially supported by the European Union, which are underway in various social and economic sectors. These initiatives particularly focus on improving women&#8217;s conditions, creating job opportunities, strengthening health services, and developing irrigation infrastructure and local markets.<\/p>\n<p>This visit comes amid the renewed governance of the Taliban administration, which has imposed widespread restrictions on women&#8217;s education, work, and social participation\u2014a challenge that has affected the operations of many international organizations.
