According to officials, the incident took place within Tajikistan&#8217;s territory.<\/p>\n<p>Noorullah Nazari, spokesperson for the Third Army Corps, stated that the sudden increase in water levels caused flooding in the gold mining workshops and blocked the workers&#8217; escape routes.
