In one instance, Basmina, a nutrition advisor, evaluated the health status of a one-year-old child named Shaheen in this province.<\/p>\n<p>UNICEF emphasized that the goal of these programs is to improve families\u2019 access to essential health services, especially in remote areas, and to prevent and treat malnutrition among young children.<\/p>\n<p>Afghanistan is among the countries where many children face the risk of malnutrition.
