The Executive Deputy of Breshna stated that work on this major project is advancing rapidly and is expected to be completed within about one year.<\/p>\n<p>The 500 kV transmission line is considered one of the key regional energy projects aimed at transferring electricity from Turkmenistan to Afghanistan and strengthening the capacity of the national grid in several provinces.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, Turkmenistan officials have pledged to visit Kabul soon bringing new proposals for additional power projects.
