Local officials say this project is being implemented with private sector investment and will provide employment opportunities for hundreds of people once completed.<\/p>\n<p>Mohammad Naeem, an official from Baghlan&#8217;s Department of Industry and Commerce, stated that the factory is being built by the domestic company &#8216;Mujahid Barkatzi.&#8217; According to him, the operation of this facility will create both direct and indirect job opportunities for the residents of the province.<\/p>\n<p>Officials explained that the purpose of establishing this factory is to process locally produced carpets and increase the added value of these products.
