The Taliban’s Ministry of Higher Education has announced that a number of investors from Russia’s Republic of Tatarstan expressed their interest in investing and establishing trade relations with Afghanistan during a meeting with Mawlawi Nida Mohammad Nadim, acting head of the ministry.<\/p>\n
According to the ministry’s newsletter, the meeting took place at the 17th assembly of the “Russia and the Islamic World” forum. The Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Tatarstan and its Minister of Industry and Trade, Oleg Korobchenko, along with several businessmen, were present.<\/p>\n
