He added that preliminary investigations indicate the transfer of these arms was carried out illegally.<\/p>\n<p>The security official noted that the detained individual is under investigation and that inquiries are ongoing. However, he did not provide further details about the identity of the arrested person or any potential network involved in the smuggling.<\/p>\n<p>Security authorities in Herat emphasized that they will take serious and legal action against any illegal activities, especially arms smuggling.
