This number indicates the continuation of military operations during a period referred to as a ceasefire.<\/p>\n<p>According to an Al Jazeera report citing official Israeli sources, the Israeli Air Force has carried out these attacks and claims that the targeted sites were Hezbollah\u2019s infrastructure. However, this assertion comes amid official reports from Lebanon presenting a different picture.<\/p>\n<p>Lebanese sources state that among Israel\u2019s targets were medical centers, ambulance vehicles, journalists, and health workers\u2014raising widespread concerns about adherence to international humanitarian law.<\/p>\n<p>The Lebanese Ministry of Health announced on Monday that since March 2 of this year, the death toll from Israeli attacks has reached 2,869.
