According to officials, these positions have been allocated based on organizational needs, population size, geographical conditions, and the level of educational development within the 1405 (2026-2027) structure.

Mawlawi Abdul Khaliq Sadiq, Deputy for Quality Assurance at the ministry, said in Kabul today that the recruitment process for these positions has begun under the leadership of the Taliban administration and within the framework of the Ministry of Education’s long-term goals. He added that the purpose of creating these positions is to strengthen human resources in educational offices, fill administrative gaps, and expand quality educational services.

He further noted that in recent years the Ministry of Education has implemented various reform and development programs aimed at improving education quality and strives to raise the scientific capacity of students. However, these claims come amid serious structural challenges and wide-ranging limitations faced by the country’s education system — issues that have repeatedly sparked concern among citizens and education activists.

The Deputy for Quality Assurance emphasized that recruitment through open competition is a fundamental principle for transparency and accountability and that staff will be hired based on expertise and professionalism. He called on qualified and educated individuals to participate in this process.

At the same meeting, Mufti Shafiullah Mansour, Director General of Personnel Affairs, assured that all stages of the examination process will be conducted with transparency and fairness. Given previous criticisms of recruitment procedures in some departments, fulfilling these promises could serve as a benchmark for measuring transparency within administrative structures.

Additionally, Mawlawi Mohammad Zahid Ahmadzai, Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, stated that creating job opportunities for youths and unemployed individuals is a core program of his ministry. According to him, about 52,000 vocational and professional centers are currently active nationwide to provide technical and professional training for young people.

Taliban’s Ministry of Education announces 1,060 administrative jobs nationwide, aiming to improve education services through transparent recruitment.

[17,4

post-12668","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-important-news","category-politics
["GET
