According to the organization, aid is being distributed from Badghis province in the west of the country to Kandahar in the south.<\/p>\n<p>Details indicate that this support includes essential items such as basic household supplies as well as cash aid to enable victims to meet their immediate needs and begin the process of rebuilding their lives.<\/p>\n<p>In recent weeks, heavy floods in parts of the country have caused widespread damage to homes, agricultural lands, and local infrastructure, affecting thousands of people.
