Lebanon’s Islamic Resistance, Hezbollah, announced that since early Wednesday morning, it has launched several drone and artillery operations against Israeli army positions along Lebanon’s southern borders. Hebrew sources report that at least two Israeli soldiers were injured as a result of these attacks.<\/p>\n
In separate statements, Hezbollah said it targeted a gathering of Israeli soldiers in the Al-Taybeh village square with a suicide drone, confirming a ‘definite hit.’ The group also reported artillery shelling of a concentration of Israeli forces near the village of Al-Bayadah.<\/p>\n
Continuing these operations, the newly established command center of the Israeli army in the Qantara area was targeted by a suicide drone. Additionally, an armored vehicle of the ‘Hummer’ type in the village of Deir Sirian and an armored personnel carrier in the village of Al-Qouzah were hit in separate attacks. Hours later, it was reported that another Hummer in the Al-Taybeh area suffered a similar attack.<\/p>\n
Al-Mayadeen network also reported a simultaneous attack with several suicide drones on a gathering of Israeli equipment and forces near the town of Al-Naqoura. Meanwhile, Hebrew media reported the explosion of a bomb-laden drone near a military base in the Ramim hills region close to the Lebanon border.<\/p>\n
The Israeli military radio confirmed that for the third time since the ceasefire declaration, a Hezbollah suicide drone entered Israeli-controlled territory and detonated inside it. An Israeli army spokesperson stated that Hezbollah fired several rockets in addition to suicide drones towards Israeli forces in southern Lebanon during multiple separate attacks.<\/p>\n
