Residents report that thousands of homes have been built on the land in question, and following the court\u2019s decision, claims over ownership of these houses have emerged, raising widespread social and economic concerns among families.<\/p>\n
They add that initially, the judge had deemed the case admissible, but later changed the decision, dismissing the case on the grounds that the Taliban administration already controls the land. The Taliban\u2019s Ministry of Justice had previously announced that the special land restitution and anti-grab court, after its assessment, declared about 12,500 acres in the Ismailkhel and Manduzi districts as state-owned.
