Kazakh media on Monday cited the ministry’s report, highlighting Afghanistan as a rapidly growing market for Kazakhstan’s grain exports. This surge comes alongside an 18 percent overall increase in Kazakhstan\u2019s grain exports, which totaled 3.2 million tons during the same timeframe.<\/p>\n
As one of Central Asia\u2019s largest grain producers and exporters, Kazakhstan supplies a significant portion of Afghanistan\u2019s grain import needs. The rise in grain imports is expected to impact Afghanistan’s food market positively.<\/p>\n
