This figure includes casualties resulting from retaliatory attacks on multiple fronts.

According to Israeli sources, the fighting intensified from February 28, 2026, when tensions between the United States, Israel, and Iran escalated to a new phase. Additionally, the attack on southern Lebanon on March 1 and the continued exchange of fire with Hezbollah have contributed to the rising number of wounded.

The Israeli Ministry of Health stated that just last Friday, 15 people were injured in Hezbollah attacks and were taken to hospitals. The medical conditions of some of these individuals have not been reported as critical.

Based on the same data, since the declaration of a temporary ceasefire with Lebanon on April 7, 2026, another 245 people have been injured.
