This road will connect Qarabagh district to the Kabul-Kandahar highway, with the estimated cost of around 15 million Afghanis. According to local people, the actual work has commenced using machinery, and all expenses are being covered through community contributions and a local charity fund.

Locals say that upon completion, the road will reduce transportation problems in the districts of Qarabagh, Jaghori, Malestan, and Ajristan in Ghazni province and will also benefit some areas of Uruzgan province. At the same time, several residents have urged the Taliban administration to fundamentally address the infrastructural issues in these areas and to participate in the completion and asphalt paving of the road.

According to the locals, over the past four years, dozens of public welfare projects, including the construction of schools, water reservoirs, bridges, and retaining walls, have been implemented at a cost of millions of Afghanis funded personally and through community support. This effort highlights the significant gap in infrastructural services provided by the Taliban administration in some remote parts of the country.

Residents of Qarabagh, Ghazni, have begun building a 31-kilometer road connecting to the Kabul-Kandahar highway, funding it through local donations.

[17,8

post-11907","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-important-news","category-social-affairs
["GET
