So far, the Taliban administration has not commented on the incident.

According to these sources, Naeimi had recently been released from Taliban detention. His family has also confirmed the event, stating that previously, his uncle, Walid Naeimi, was also killed by the Taliban after returning to Afghanistan from Iran.

The killing of young people, especially residents of Panjshir, has been reported repeatedly in recent years. This is despite the Taliban administration’s announcement of a “general amnesty” following their renewed control over Afghanistan. However, repeated reports of arrests, disappearances, and targeted killings indicate that this commitment has not been upheld in practice.

The continuation of such incidents has raised serious concerns about the security of citizens and the protection of their fundamental rights.
