The \u2018Tutbagh\u2019 trade market, built at a cost of 24 million Afghanis, has been completed and officially inaugurated in the center of Takhar province. This project is located in the city of Taloqan and was funded through the municipality\u2019s development budget.<\/p>\n
Mawlavi Abdul Ghafoor Seerat, the mayor of Taloqan, stated at the opening ceremony that construction work on the center has been carried out over the past two years using the municipality\u2019s development funds. He added that this project is part of the city\u2019s broader development programs.<\/p>\n
According to provided information, the center has been constructed on a 1,200 square meter plot and features 84 shops, two large halls, and other necessary facilities. Officials say that the operation of this trade center will provide more suitable opportunities for merchants to conduct their business.<\/p>\n
The mayor of Taloqan also expressed hope that the launch of this trade center would boost economic activities within the city. Meanwhile, residents emphasized that alongside inaugurating new projects, the Taliban administration must pay serious attention to the quality of urban services, transparency in budget spending, and addressing the essential needs of the inhabitants.<\/p>\n
