Speaking on Sunday at a meeting in Bamyan province, he said yellow rockets are only useful when the ‘enemy’ is present inside the country’s borders. According to him, if attacks come from a distance, by sea, aircraft, or rockets, advanced defense systems are necessary.<\/p>\n
The Taliban education minister added that under such circumstances, ‘we must build our own defensive equipment’ to stand against potential attacks. He also claimed that the Islamic Republic of Iran has developed a defense system that, according to him, the United States has found difficult to confront.<\/p>\n
This Taliban official further alleged that divisions among Muslims have reached such an extent that some are cooperating with the US against Iran.<\/p>\n
These remarks come at a time when the country’s education sector faces severe challenges, including depriving girls of education beyond the sixth grade, shortages of educational facilities in schools, and widespread restrictions.
