According to him, commercial banks, exchange offices, and financial service companies are obliged to comply with the guidelines and directives issued by the central bank.<\/p>\n<p>In recent months, complaints have emerged from some residents about the rejection of small banknotes in certain areas, a situation that could disrupt everyday transactions.
