Russia’s Deputy Foreign Minister has stated that Moscow has always sought a diplomatic resolution to the Ukraine war, emphasizing that the crisis can be managed through dialogue. On Tuesday, Yevgeny Ivanov declared that the Ukraine issue remains central to Russia’s diplomacy.<\/p>\n
