The acting head of the Embassy of the Islamic Republic of Iran in Kabul has expressed Tehran’s interest in boosting the share of Afghan goods exported to the Iranian market. Alireza Beykdel\u012b raised this issue during a meeting with the president and members of the Chamber of Commerce, Industries, Mines, and Agriculture of Zanjan Province.<\/p>\n
According to the embassy’s newsletter in Kabul, Mr. Beykdel\u012b emphasized expanding economic cooperation between the two countries at this meeting and stated that there are significant capacities to develop trade exchanges.<\/p>\n
He also invited the Iranian private sector to expand their activities in Afghanistan in the year 1405 (Persian calendar), adopting an approach that strengthens economic interactions. According to him, a more active presence of the private sector can pave the way for increased exports and deepen trade relations between Kabul and Tehran.<\/p>\n
