According to the commission’s data, 5,117 were returned from Pakistan and 182 from Iran.

The agency stated that these migrants entered Afghanistan through the border crossings of Torkham in Nangarhar province, Spin Boldak in Kandahar, Islam Qala in Herat, and Pul-e Abresham in Nimroz. These crossings are among the most significant routes for movement between Afghanistan and its neighboring countries.

The increase in migrant expulsions continues amid many returnees facing serious economic difficulties and a lack of basic facilities inside the country. Despite the Taliban administration’s emphasis on addressing the situation of returnees, reports indicate that sufficient facilities for housing, employment, and immediate support for these families are not available in many areas.

Migration experts warn that the ongoing large-scale expulsions, without a systematic support plan within the country, could place additional pressure on local communities and essential services. This issue requires practical and transparent action from the Taliban administration and coordination with aid organizations.

Over 5,200 Afghan migrants were expelled from Pakistan and Iran in one day, facing economic hardships amid insufficient support from the Taliban government.

[17,2,16

post-10944","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-important-news","category-migrant-news","category-secondary-headline
["GET
