Pakistan’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs has announced that twelve Islamic countries have jointly condemned Israel’s decision to appoint a diplomatic representative to the Somaliland region. The statement emphasized that this move constitutes a clear violation of the sovereignty, national unity, and territorial integrity of the Federal Republic of Somalia.<\/p>\n
According to the statement, the governments of Pakistan, Egypt, Somalia, Sudan, Libya, Bangladesh, Algeria, Saudi Arabia, Palestine, Turkey, Indonesia, and Kuwait consider this action contrary to international law and the United Nations Charter. They further asserted that such unilateral actions also contradict the fundamental principles of the African Union.<\/p>\n
