This decision covers all areas of Kandahar city and its districts.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement released by the department, officials of libraries, printing centers, print shops, stationery stores, decoration centers, and all shops were strongly instructed to refrain from producing, distributing, or offering any other flags.<\/p>\n<p>According to this directive, only the printing and distribution of the Taliban&#8217;s white flag is permitted, and the use of all other flags throughout Kandahar province is prohibited.<\/p>\n<p>Kandahar, as a significant province and a traditional stronghold of the Taliban, has witnessed widespread cultural and social restrictions in recent years.
