According to local sources, these projects have connected more than one thousand families to safe drinking water.

Bakhter News Agency, which operates under Taliban administration, reported on Thursday, April 16, that the cost of implementing these projects exceeded 13 million Afghanis. The networks were established in the Kohband, Hissa-e-Dowom Kohistan, and Nijrab districts.

The declared objective of these initiatives is to provide safe drinking water to the residents of these areas. Some inhabitants have faced shortages of clean water in recent years, making access to safe water sources one of their basic needs.

While the completion of these projects can alleviate some of the existing issues, the continuation of such programs depends on cooperation from international organizations. The Taliban administration has not yet presented a comprehensive and nationwide plan to fundamentally address the water shortage problem in various provinces of the country.

UNICEF finalizes seven water supply networks in Kapisa, connecting over 1,000 families to safe drinking water amid ongoing water shortages.

[17,8

post-10742","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-important-news","category-social-affairs
["GET
