The Deputy Spokesperson of the Supreme Court under the Taliban administration has announced that, based on the directive of the leadership, the deadline for filing an appeal has been set at one month, and the deadline for filing a review has been set at three months.<\/p>\n
Qari Mansour Ahmad Hamza told Bakhtar News Agency that the Supreme Court informs the parties involved in cases to submit their appeal and review requests within the specified timeframes if necessary.<\/p>\n
According to him, the purpose of setting these deadlines is to enable the appellate and review courts to address petitions and case files in a timely manner.<\/p>\n
