He said these policies systematically deprive women of their fundamental rights and participation in social spheres.

According to Zia, the successive restrictions on women’s education, employment, and social presence indicate that the Taliban’s approach is not temporary but aimed at the gradual removal of women from public life. He emphasized that the continuation of this situation has deepened the social and humanitarian crisis in the country.

The Front for Freedom leader also referred to the release of Dennis Quill, an American citizen, from a Taliban detention center, stating that this individual was freed after receiving a letter from the Taliban. However, he added that there is no clear information about the fate of other prisoners, especially those connected to intelligence agencies.

Zia called the lack of transparency regarding the status of detainees concerning and demanded accountability from the Taliban administration in this matter. So far, Taliban officials have not responded to these remarks.

Yasin Zia condemns Taliban’s systematic policies against women and calls for transparency on detainees’ status amid worsening social crisis in Afghanistan.

[4

post-10672","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-politics
["GET
