According to the authority, 238 others have been injured, and nine individuals remain missing.<\/p>\n<p>Taj Mohammad Hemmat, the deputy spokesperson of the authority, said in a video message on Saturday (April 11) that since the 6th of this solar month, a total of 7,047 homes have been either fully or partially destroyed. He added that altogether 8,987 families have been affected by these events.<\/p>\n<p>Based on the information provided, floods and heavy rains have also damaged 372 kilometers of road, 352 water networks and wells, 9,940 trees, 2,339 solar panels, and 185 shops. Additionally, 1,323 livestock heads have perished as a result of these incidents.<\/p>\n<p>Over the past two weeks, several provinces have experienced heavy rainfall and flash floods \u2014 occurrences that happen annually in the country, causing extensive casualties and damage. Despite the recurrence of these events, citizens have repeatedly criticized the lack of effective preventive programs and poor crisis management by the Taliban administration.
