According to him, several of the wounded who were receiving treatment at Herat Regional Hospital have succumbed to their injuries.<\/p>\n<p>Earlier, Abdul Mateen Khana, spokesperson for the Interior Ministry of the Taliban administration, reported that the shooting by unidentified armed individuals resulted in 7 deaths and 13 injuries. He added that one suspect related to the incident has been arrested.<\/p>\n<p>Mawlawi Ahmadullah Muqtada, Head of Information and Culture in Herat, further stated that eight other injured individuals are currently hospitalized at Herat Regional Hospital and are under medical care.<\/p>\n<p>This incident has heightened concerns regarding the safety of civilians. Despite repeated assurances by the Taliban administration about ensuring nationwide security, such attacks in various parts of the country continue to raise questions about how armed threats can be prevented and civilian populations protected.<\/p>\n<p>No individual or group has yet claimed responsibility for the attack.
