According to him, the proceeds will be deposited into the relevant accounts.<\/p>\n<p>He quoted Mohammad Agha Hakim, the governor of Panjshir, who stated that the local administration, overseen by the Taliban authority, emphasizes technically and legally managing mineral extraction and strives to ensure transparency in mining operations.<\/p>\n<p>Panjshir is considered one of the most important regions for emerald mines in Afghanistan, and in recent years, the extraction of these precious stones has become a significant source of local income.
