According to the ministry, the events occurred between 8 p.m. and 11 p.m., affecting mainly the central and southern parts of Russia.<\/p>\n<p>Russian officials say that as a result of these attacks, nearly half a million families faced power outages. Technical teams are currently working to restore electricity and repair the damaged networks.<\/p>\n<p>Reuters reported that in the border region of Belgorod, a civilian defense volunteer was killed following a drone attack.
