According to the ministry, this incident has once again halted vehicle movement on one of the country’s most important highways. The Kabul-Jalalabad highway is a vital transit route connecting Kabul province to Nangarhar province and the Torkham border crossing. Previously, a landslide in the Tang-e-Ghar area had also caused the highway to be closed. The recurrence of such events has increased concerns among residents and travelers and underscores the urgent need for fundamental repairs and preventive measures by the responsible authorities.

The Kabul-Jalalabad highway is closed again due to a landslide, disrupting a vital transit route connecting Kabul, Nangarhar, and the Torkham border.

[5

post-10085","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-security-incidents
["GET
