Iran’s Revolutionary Guards Warn of Retaliation Against 18 Major US Companies

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) of Iran has announced that, in response to what it calls “terrorist operations” by the United States and Israel, it will target certain American companies for retaliatory measures following any assassination incidents in Iran. The military body stated that this decision was made after its previous warnings to halt these attacks were ignored.

The issued statement noted that recent attacks have resulted in the martyrdom of several Iranian citizens. The IRGC claimed that companies active in the fields of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) and Artificial Intelligence (AI) play a fundamental role in designing and tracking assassination targets, and therefore have designated these “key influential institutions” as legitimate targets.

The IRGC also advised employees of these companies to leave their workplaces to preserve their lives. Additionally, residents near the company locations in the region’s countries have been urged to evacuate within a one-kilometer radius and seek safe shelters.

Among the 18 companies listed by the IRGC are Cisco, HP, Intel, Oracle, Microsoft, Apple, Google, Meta, IBM, Dell, Nvidia, JP Morgan, Tesla, GE, Boeing, and several others. According to the statement, the warning will take effect from 8 PM Tehran time on Wednesday, April 1.

So far, official US authorities have not issued any response to these comments.
