US Embassy in Kuwait Closes Amid Heightened Security Concerns

The United States Embassy in Kuwait has announced it will suspend its operations until further notice due to security concerns. This decision comes as Washington implements similar measures across several other countries in the region.
Earlier, the US State Department instructed non-essential staff at its embassies in Iraq, Bahrain, and Jordan to leave those countries. American officials stated that these actions are part of precautionary security measures.
Meanwhile, Saudi Arabia’s Ministry of Defense confirmed this morning an attack on the US Embassy in Riyadh. Videos circulating on social media show the embassy building on fire.
So far, no further details have been released regarding the perpetrators of the attack or the extent of the damage. Both American and Saudi officials have refrained from providing additional information about the incident or its consequences.
