Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces Destroy Four ISIS Hideouts in Al-Anbar

Iraqi Popular Mobilization Forces carried out a security operation in western Al-Anbar province, identifying and destroying four underground hideouts belonging to the ISIS group. A security source in the province stated that the operation was conducted based on precise intelligence information.
According to the source, these hideouts were located in the desert areas of Al-Anbar and were used by ISIS elements for hiding and coordinating attacks. The Popular Mobilization Forces executed the operation swiftly and decisively.
During the inspection of these tunnels, a quantity of weapons and explosives was also seized. Security officials have not released further details about the types of these materials.
Al-Anbar province, located in western Iraq, has been a center of ISIS activity for many years. Iraqi security forces continuously carry out operations to prevent the regrouping of ISIS cells in desert regions.
